Tool Maintenance Facility
One of the most important
aspects of injection molding is to have an in-house tool maintenance facility.
It is necessary to assure that tools are operating at peak efficiency
and can be repaired in a moment’s notice to eliminate production
delays and late shipments. FPI Topcraft’s tool maintenance facility is
located on the site of our manufacturing floor to ensure rapid response
in maintaining our customers production demands.

is dedicated to producing precision tools for new programs only. Our experienced
tool makers, using the latest in technology, work closely with project
management to meet sensitive deadlines without compromising mold quality
and longevity.
Global
Tool Procurement
FPI Topcraft has long since
recognized the need to forge alliances with Tool shops both domestically
and abroad. These sources have been evaluated and qualified by FPI
Topcraft’s
Engineers. They serve to enhance our ability to respond quickly to our
customer’s needs, regardless of our internal tooling backlogs. Qualifying
our tooling sources is an ongoing process by way of periodic scheduled
visits by our experienced Engineering personnel.
